1. About Supreme Pride
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on the Supreme Pride online store and at our flagship location in Lagos, operated by Supreme Pride Nigeria Ltd.
2. Ordering & Availability
When you place an order, we reserve your items while your payment is completed. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email and reference number (#SP-XXXXX).
3. Pricing & Payment in Naira (₦)
All prices on Supreme Pride are listed and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN ₦). Payments are processed securely through Paystack using debit cards, bank transfers, or USSD.
4. Limited Releases
Some collections are produced in limited quantities. To keep releases fair for all customers, we may limit the number of pieces per order on special drops.
5. Delivery Across Nigeria
We deliver across Lagos and all states in Nigeria. Orders within Lagos typically arrive within 24 hours, while deliveries to other states take 2 to 4 business days. You can also choose free in-store pickup in Victoria Island, Lagos.
6. Brand Trademarks & Designs
The Supreme Pride name, the SP triangle emblem, and all garment designs and photos on this website belong to Supreme Pride Nigeria Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or return, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Read our full Returns & Exchanges Policy.
8. Nigerian Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
